We use Google Analytics (through Firebase) to count visits and see which pages are useful. It collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.

When you email us at info@relovida.com, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use them only to answer you and to fix what you report.

When you send a message through our contact and report form, we store what you write, the email address you give us so we can reply, the address of the page on our site where you opened the form, and technical details such as your browser type and IP address. The message is usually forwarded to our inbox by email. To stop abuse, we keep a rate-limit record tied to your IP address.

Questions you ask the AI assistant and your quiz answers are sent to our AI providers (Google Gemini, with Moonshot AI as a fallback) to generate a response. Do not include passport numbers or other sensitive personal details. We apply per-IP rate limits to these features.

Your light or dark theme choice is saved in your own browser.

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run the site for us (Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting and storage, the AI providers named above, and an email delivery service that forwards messages to our inbox), and when the law requires it. We keep messages only as long as needed to answer and fix what they report.
